Their flagship Outlaw Bourbon is crafted from a 100% corn mash bill and aged in Texas white oak barrels, where the intense summer heat accelerates maturation and drives deep layers of caramel, vanilla, and stone fruit into the spirit. The extreme temperature swings between Texas days and nights force the whiskey in and out of the wood more dynamically than in cooler climates, yielding a boldly flavored yet approachable dram.
