Rosdhu is a single malt Scotch whisky expression produced at the Loch Lomond Distillery, situated on the banks of the celebrated Loch Lomond in Scotland. The name derives from the Scottish Gaelic 'Ros Dubh', meaning 'black headland', a reference to the historic Rosdhu Point on the loch's southern shore. The Loch Lomond Distillery is renowned for its unique versatility, operating both straight-necked and swan-necked pot stills alongside continuous column stills, allowing the creation of remarkably diverse spirit profiles under one roof. The Rosdhu expression draws on this heritage to deliver a whisky that is typically light and approachable, with floral, fruity, and gently malty characteristics.
