Dingle Distillery opened its doors in 2012 on the rugged shores of the Dingle Peninsula in County Kerry, southwestern Ireland — a landscape shaped by Atlantic winds, ancient stone walls, and a palpable sense of remoteness. Founded by Oliver Hughes and his partners, the distillery quickly emerged as one of the forerunning voices of Ireland's craft whiskey revival. Its Single Malt is released in limited batches, matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry, and port casks, resulting in a whiskey that layers orchard fruit, warm spice, and a gentle maritime saltiness.
